Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two convenient shipping options to our global customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions):

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your purchase as much as we love curating our collection. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • In original condition (unworn, unwashed)
  • With all original tags attached
  • In the original packaging
  • Footwear must have been tried on clean surfaces only

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Slippers (unless defective or incorrect item received)
  • Hats (unless defective or incorrect item received)

How to Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps for a smooth return or exchange process:

  1. Contact Customer Service within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with:
    • Your order number
    • Details about the product you wish to return/exchange
  2. Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
  3. Package your item securely in the original packaging with all tags and accessories.
  4. Ship your return to our address (provided in your RMA email) using a trackable shipping service.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).
  • For exchanges, customers are responsible for shipping costs for both the returned item and the new item.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be credited back to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (except in cases of our error)

Note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Exchange Processing

For exchanges, we will ship your new item once we receive and process your return. Please allow 10-15 business days for the entire exchange process.

Defective or Incorrect Items

International Returns
