Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in the original packaging. Please note:

  • All footwear must be tried on clean surfaces
  • Items must not show any signs of wear or damage
  • Original packaging must be included
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on slippers and hats unless they are defective or incorrect items received.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your item:

  1. Contact our Customer Service within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
  2. Wait for approval – Our style-savvy team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
  3. Package your item securely in the original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
  4. Ship your return to our address (provided in your RMA email) using a trackable shipping service. We recommend keeping your shipping receipt until your refund is processed.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). For exchanges, customers are responsible for shipping costs for both the returned item and the new item.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be credited back to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (except in cases of our error)

Note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Exchange Processing

For exchanges, we will ship your new item once we receive and process your return. Please allow 10-15 business days for the entire exchange process.

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions), please note:

  • Customs fees and international shipping costs are non-refundable
