- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, delivers in 10-15 business days after processing (1-2 days)
- Free Shipping: For orders over $50, via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after processing
How long will my order take to arrive?
All orders take 1-2 business days to process. After processing:
- Standard Shipping: 10-15 business days
- Free Shipping: 15-25 business days
Will I have to pay customs fees?
International customers may need to pay additional duties or taxes upon delivery, depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number on the carrier’s website (DHL, FedEx, or EMS) to follow your package’s journey.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return items in their original condition within 15 days of delivery for a refund. Please note:
- Items must be unworn, in original packaging with all tags attached
- Some sale items may be final sale (this will be noted on the product page)
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
How do I initiate a return?

How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Do you offer exchanges?
Currently, we don’t offer direct exchanges. To get a different size or color, please return the original item (following our return policy) and place a new order for the item you want.
