I thought these were so so cute, and they fit great overall. However, the heel area hurt and rubbed pretty badly. There is an inserted ‘hard’ area to make the heel more strong/sturdy, but where that hard material ended, and the soft outer shell began, there was such a drastic edge and that dug into the back of the ankle/heel area. Otherwise, they would have been perfect.

I loved the idea of these boots from the pictures. Super inexpensive and great for the price. Were a lot “pointier” looking than in photos. Just not for me.
